How to Enroll

OCG holds several Preview Days for prospective students throughout the year. During Preview Days, you can visit the school, learn more about the school and curriculum, observe a classroom, participate in a Q&A session, and put your name on a waiting list.

Preview Days for enrollment in the 2025-2026 school year are as follows:

November 2, 2024

February 1, 2025

May 3, 2025

If you are unable to attend any Preview Days, but would like to join a wait list, you may contact info@orangecoastgakuen.org after the May Preview Day.

Tuition

Our basic tuition for 2024-2025 is $1350 per student annually ($135 per month).

Starting in 2024-2025, tuition will be collected monthly through our Parent Portal, and all families will be required to have an up to date payment method on file (auto-pay). Parents have the option of using ACH or a credit card as their payment method.

Multi-student discounts are available for students within the same family.

New Student Registration Fee

New students pay a one-time New Student Registration fee of $100 per student.

School Management Fee

OCG assesses a School Management Fee of $250 per family per year (2024-2025).

OCG may offer opportunities for families to work off all or part of this fee through participation in specific fundraising activities such as a Huntington Beach Fireworks booth. These opportunities are contingent on OCG’s participation in such events.

Committee Requirement

OCG is a parent-run school and requires all families to participate in one of our committees.

Families that do not fulfill committee requirements will be assessed a $500 Committee Opt-Out Fee per year.
