Bilingual/Biliteracy Certification
The Global Seal of Biliteracy is a FREE stackable international language certificate that documents and celebrates bilingualism and opens the doors to future opportunities.
Orange Coast Gakuen recommends our high school students apply to this bilingual language proficiency award program. Provides the opportunity to receive college credit and advance placement. Certifies language proficiency based on the U.S. recognized ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines. The credential will be also benefit for future employment purposes.

The Global Seal of Biliteracy encourages language skills and expands opportunities for its recipients. A uniform standard is used to build the award winners to be a valuable asset in multilingual environments. The Global Seal of Biliteracy let’s recipients show their language skills to any school or employer across the globe.

About the Global Seal of Biliteracy

The Global Seal of Biliteracy is a digitally-shareable, serial-numbered certificate that documents an individual’s language skills at one of three fluency levels. It has been issued in more than 50 countries by employers, universities, and secondary schools who submit test scores for qualifying candidates. By design, the Global Seal is inclusive, embracing over 120 languages and candidates of any age, in order to provide equal access and expanded opportunity to document, share, and highlight language skills.
